Tante file, un’unica App! Ecco a cosa punta questa Start Up inserita nel processo di accelerazione di Luiss EnLabs.
Roberto Macina, CEO di Qurami, un ingegnere informatico che si inventa questa formula per evitare le inutili attese per le code. Un giovane startupper italiano che dona la sua creatività all’innovazione, un’ennesima boccata d’aria fresca in un momento a volte felice per il nostro amato paese.
I 5,3 Mb, cosi pesa l’app, che la pubblica amministrazione italiana e gli enti privati possono sfruttare per garantire un servizio migliore, lontano da strees e furbetti.
Il numeretto che ottieni con Qurami è identico a quello cartaceo, rientra nel flusso della coda e rispetta le persone lì presenti senza prevalicazioni o scavallamenti di coda.
Con Qurami sai in tempo reale, il numero esatto di persone che sono in fila prima di te e stima il tuo tempo di attesa.
Il sindaco di Roma Ignazio Marino ha da pochi giorni annunciato su Facebook :
“Qualche tempo fa ho incontrato in Campidoglio i ragazzi che con la loro start-up hanno dato vita Qurami, una app elimina code che consente di risparmiare tempo evitando le file agli sportelli. Da oggi Qurami si può usare anche per il Policlinico Gemelli, che ha così accolto la mia richiesta di sperimentare l’applicazione in ospedale. E ora stiamo pensando di adottare la app anche nei Municipi e nell’ufficio Anagrafe.”
Che dire, Roma si aggiorna e si evolve piano piano e con lei la sua cittadinanza. Da pochi giorni Qurami è disponibile per tutti i viaggiatori Trenitalia di Roma Termini, in effetti chi passa lì potrà notare la fila che ci sta sempre.

Una nota negativa di certo non può mancare: immaginate forse che vostro nonno sia in grado di capire che c’ero prima io di lui mostrandogli il mio numeretto sullo schermo, dal mio amatissimo smartphone?Non saprei, mentre per il nonno smart, anche se lo comprendesse avrei comuque perso (ma con piacere) un po’ di tempo a spiegarlgirelo.
Tornando a Qurami, sarà già evidente che questo nome ha qualcosa di strano, la Q, infatti fa riferimento alla parola inglese queue che significa coda, da intendere quindi come: fare la coda.
Funzionamento dell’ app Qurami
Aprendo l’app si vede l’elenco delle strutture già associate, una lista in crescita, e grazie alla geolocalizzazione potremmo constatare le strutture che si trovano nelle vicinanze e che si appoggiano a questo nuovo sistema, in più l’app ci suggerirà il percorso per raggiungere la struttura da noi scelta.
Con Qurami, si evita di recarsi fisicamente all’ufficio X per fare la fila, noi italiani che alle file siamo abituati forse ci mancherà questa prassi. Faremo a meno di fare amicizia con la nonnina di zona alle poste, faremo a meno di imbruttire a quello che parla ad alta voce dei fatti suoi stando al telefono e faremo mai a meno di spizzare e scanneriziamo di tutto mentre la noia della fila dilaga?

Qurami is the App Made in Italy that allows you to queue via your Smartphone and that “notices” you when it is your turn to go to the counter at the Municipality, post office, administrative offices etc …
Many rows, one App! That is what this Start Up aims for, inserted in the acceleration’s process of LUISS EnLabs.
Roberto Macina, the Qurami CEO, is the computer engineer who invented this formula to avoid unnecessary waiting for queues. He is a young Italian Startupper who gives his creativity to innovation. Yet another breath of fresh air in a sometimes happy moment for our beloved country.
5.3 Mb, that is the app’s weight, so that Italian public administration and private companies can capitalize on providing a better service, away from stress and wiles.
The number you get with Qurami is identical to the paper one. It is part of the flow of the line and respects people bystander, without going overboard or passing over the queue.
With Qurami you know in real time, the exact number of people who are in a row before you, and it estimates your waiting time.
Ignazio Marino, mayor of Rome Ignazio Marino a few days ago announced on Facebook:
“Some time ago, at the Campidoglio I met the guys that with their start-up created Qurami, a queue management app that lets you save time by avoiding queues at the counters. From today, Qurami can also be used at the Policlinico Gemelli, which has accepted my request to test the application in the hospital. And now we are thinking of adopting the app also in the Municipalities and the General Register Office”.
What can I say; Rome is updating. It evolves slowly and her citizenship with her. From a few days Qurami is available to all Trenitalia travelers in Roma Termini. Actually, those who pass there will noticed that there is always a queue.

Certainly it cannot miss a negative note. Can you imagine your grandfather might be able to figure out that I was here first showing him my number on the screen of my beloved Smartphone? I don’t know. While the grandfather, even if he could understand what smart is, I would have waste (but pleased) a bit of my time just explaining it.
Back to Qurami, it is quite clear that this name has something strange. Actually Q refers to the English word queue, then to be understood as: queuing.
Qurami’s operation
When you open the app, you see the list of structures already associated. This is a growing list, and thanks to geolocation we can establish nearby structures which subscribing on this new system. Moreover, the app will suggest us the way to reach the building we have chosen.
With Qurami, you avoid to go physically to the X office to wait in line. We Italians, that are used to file, perhaps we will miss this practice. Could we will do without to make friends with the grandmother of the neighborhood at the post office, could we will do without argue with who speaks loudly of his business being on the phone, and could we ever will do without peeking around and scanning everything while boredom is rampant in the row?
