“Chissà cosa riserva il futuro…” : una frase che rimbalza quotidianamente nei pensieri di tutti. Il futuro può essere un’incognita, un progetto o anche una stabile certezza per chi sa bene cosa fare nella vita. Invece come si prefigura il futuro di un creativo?

 

Il creativo dà forma alle idee, ai colori, ai pensieri attraverso l’arte, è un mestiere puro, dinamico che trae la sua essenza dall’immaginazione. Il creativo crea ciò che il tempo distrugge: niente è immune allo scorrere del tempo, ma non la creatività. Un’opera d’arte resta tale anche dopo mille cambiamenti ed eventi, per questo ancora oggi abbiamo la possibilità di ammirare creazioni artistiche di tanto tempo fa. Non è un lavoro semplice, bisogna stare sopra le cose e starci dentro, in modo equilibrato, senza mai pendere da una sola parte. Il creativo deve seguire il suo istinto, le sue intuizioni, ciò che detta la mente e il cuore. E per farlo deve avere il coraggio di perseguire un obiettivo, grande o piccolo che sia, lo stesso coraggio che si ha nel momento in cui si sceglie di dedicare la propria vita all’arte. In effetti, tirar fuori emozioni da cose inanimate può essere il lavoro più bello del mondo. Saper cogliere l’attimo, avere il dono dell’immediatezza non è da tutti, così come riuscire a regalare un’anima a qualcosa di immateriale. Questa è la quotidianità di un creativo, ciò che ogni giorno prova instancabilmente a fare. E il suo futuro?

Cos’è il futuro per il creativo?

 

Il futuro è una sfida, una strada in salita, una porta sull’infinito.  Il futuro per un creativo è mettersi sempre alla prova, migliorare e migliorarsi per riuscire ad oltrepassare i propri limiti, quegli schemi mentali da cui è così difficile uscire. È riuscire ad essere apprezzato ma anche criticato, solo così si può crescere e maturare. Il domani spaventa sempre più dell’oggi, perché oggi si conosce già cosa si ha e spesso, il più delle volte, ce lo si fa bastare. Invece il futuro non si può prevedere, nonostante tutti gli affanni per costruirlo al meglio, i pezzi che vorresti combaciassero non sempre s’incastrano.

Il creativo sa già che il suo futuro non sempre sarà come lo desidera, ma sarà l’inaspettato a renderlo più bello, saranno gli ostacoli a renderlo più avventuroso. È una pagina bianca da colorare, è immaginazione, creazione, spirito artistico. Tutto e niente: tutto ciò che vuoi ottenere e nulla di cui puoi fare a meno.

L’arte è un’avventura che lascia senza fiato e perciò il futuro non può che delinearsi in base alla  passione. Mantenere alta l’ ambizione e riuscire ad essere sempre se stessi, continuare su quel binario che si è scelto di intraprendere perché solo quello condurrà alla felicità e alla libertà di esprimersi.

“I wonder what the future will be like…” : a sentence that bounces everyday in everyone’s thoughts. Future may be a variable, a project or also a stable certainty for who knows exactly what to do in life. But what does the future hold for an artist?

A creative talent gives shape to ideas, colors and thoughts using art, it is a pure and dynamic job which takes its essence from imagination. A creative talent creates what time destroys: nothing is immune to time passing by, but creativity.

A work of art stays that way even after a thousand changes and events, and that’s why we still have nowadays the opportunity of admiring very ancient artistic creations. It isn’t a simple job, you have to be upon things and inside them, in a well-balanced way, without tipping. A creative talent has to follow his instinct, his intuitions, what his mind and his heart say. And to do this, he must have a nerve to pursue a more or less remarkable goal, the same nerve that he also has when he decides to dedicate his life to art. In fact, bringing emotions out of inanimate objects could be the best job ever.

Not everyone is able to catch the moment, to have the gift of impulsiveness, and not everyone can give a soul to something that’s intangible. This is the routine of a creative talent, what he tirelessly tries to do everyday. But what about his future?

What does future mean to a creative talent?

The future is a challenge, an uphill road, a door to infinity. To a creative talent, future means to constantly test himself and improve in order to succeed in overpassing his own limits, those mental schemas which are so difficult to get out of. It means to get appreciated but criticized as well, which is the only way to grow and mature. Tomorrow is always scarier than today, because today we already know what we have and, in most cases, we make do with it.

Future instead is not predictable, and in spite of our efforts to build it, the pieces do not always fit as we want them to.

A creative talent already knows that his future won’t always be as he wanted it to be, but the unexpected will make it more beautiful, obstacles will make it more adventurous. It is an empty page to fill with colors, it is imagination, creation, art spirit. All and nothing: all of what you want to obtain and nothing that you can give away.

Art is an adventure that takes your breath away and so the future couldn’t be defined by anything but passion. Keeping ambition high, succeeding in always being themselves and carrying on along that rail they have chosen to follow is the only way to reach happiness and freedom of expression.
