Tu e nessun’altra, pubblicato il 30 Gennaio di quest’anno dalla Rizzoli, è il primo romanzo dell’attrice fiorentina Claudia Zanella.
Il libro tratta di una storia colma di amore che incalza con il suo ritmo incessante dalla prima all’ultima pagina. Non troverete però la classica storia d’amore, la scoprirete piuttosto nelle sue diverse forme. Si parla di un racconto fatto di scelte, rinunce, conquiste. A vivere la storia è Irene, cugina e compagna di vita di Viola, con cui condivide tutto sin dalla nascita. Irene è una ragazza semplice e determinata che ha realizzato il sogno di aprire una piccola libreria in centro a Firenze, è fidanzata con Luca da dieci anni, suo unico e primo amore. Viola, invece, è un personaggio sicuro, che ha sempre avuto come obiettivo quello di avere successo e fama. Realizza i suoi desideri, diventando un’attrice famosa e rispettata. Diventando però anche mamma di Mia, Viola viene dimenticata in fretta dalle riviste.
Il romanzo spiazza alla prima pagina. Viola muore subito. Viene trovata nella vasca da bagno, e da qui Claudia Zanella ha avuto la bravura di riuscire a farci osservare ogni rovescio della medaglia di questa tormentata storia. Angosce e paure vengono descritte in modo impeccabile e diventa impossibile non emozionarsi. Irene infatti, sgomenta e schiacciata dal dolore, si trova a dover convivere e a lottare con esso. Si trova a dover chiudere i conti con una storia d’amore lunga, e a dover capire il reale motivo della morte di Viola. Poi c’è Mia: la zia di Irene le chiede di prendersene cura, ed è da qui che si delinea un capitolo nuovo e inaspettato della vita della protagonista.
Tante le emozioni di Irene, tanta la rabbia verso Viola e verso il suo spettacolare mondo che la ricordava solo dopo la sa scomparsa. Tanti i dubbi su come dover affrontare una maternità inaspettata, soprattutto quando questo fuori programmati porta a rinunciare alla persona che si ama. In questo romanzo non ci sono solo le paure delle donne e le loro difficoltà, ci sono anche uomini, spaventati, codardi, alcuni anche coraggiosi.
Il romanzo, carico di colpi di scena, alterna situazioni comuni e paradossali mostrando quanto ciò che sembra essere sicuro e scontato in realtà non lo è quasi mai, proprio come nella vita.
Tu e nessun’ altra è un romanzo che lascia l’amaro in bocca, è una di quelle storie che vorresti non fossero davvero andate così: vorresti che tutti avessero avuto un po’ più di coraggio e che ci fosse stata più onestà.
Si sceglie, si perde e si conquista. Claudia Zanella ha avuto il merito di riuscire perfettamente a farci vivere le situazioni, così come le sensazioni e le paure dei protagonisti, descrivendo la forza che solo una donna può e riesce a tirar fuori in determinati momenti e che solo una donna altrettanto forte può comprendere e trasmettere agli altri.
Questo è un libro che emoziona, che strappa le lacrime e che ci fa comprendere come a volte ciò che vogliamo così tanto non è poi quello che meritiamo davvero. ” Tu e nessun’altra” ci insegna che per quanto la vita possa stravolgere tutto quello che abbiamo costruito, noi ne siamo i padroni. Solo noi possiamo riprenderne le redini in mano e rialzarci, qualsiasi cosa accada varrà sempre la pena lottare per reagire. Con il rischio, o la possibilità, di cambiare magari, divenendo più forti e coscienti di prima.

Tu e nessun’altra (Rizzoli) is the first novel by the Florentine actress Claudia Zanella and it was published on the 30th of January 2015.
This is a story full of love that grows with an incessant rhythm from the first to the last page. You won’t find a traditional love story but its different shapes. It is a story of choices, surrenders, and conquests. This is the story of Irene: she is Viola’s cousin and life companion but to define them so would not be enough, they share everything from their birth. Irene is a modest and determined girl who realised the dream of opening a library in the centre of Florence. She is in a relationship with Luca, her first and true love, from ten years. Viola instead has a secure character. She wanted to be successful and she did it when she became a famous and respected actress. She also became the mother of Mia, so magazines soon forgot her.
The novel surprises from the first page. Viola dies at once. She is found in the bathtub and from here Claudia Zanella had the cleverness to show us all the drawbacks of this tormented story. Anguish and fear are described in an impeccable way and it is impossible not to be moved. Irene, in fact, is dismayed and beaten by the pain and she has to live together and to defeat it. She has to close with a long love story and to understand the real reason of Viola’s death. Then there is Mia: Irene’s aunt asks her to take care of the baby. From here a new and unexpected chapter for the main character takes shape.
Irene feels many emotions and so much anger against Viola and her spectacular world that remembers her only after the death. She even has many doubts on how to deal with an unexpected maternity, especially if this change of plan leads you to leave the person you love. In this novel you won’t find only women’s fears and problems, but also scared, craver and, sometimes, brave men.
The novel, which is full of turn of events, alternates common with paradoxical situations, showing us that what seems to be secure and expected is never as it seems, exactly as in life. Tu e nessun’altra is a novel which leaves you with a sour taste, it is one of that story you wish would have ended in another way: you wish that everybody would have had a bit more of courage and more honesty.
You chose, you lose, you conquer. Claudia Zanella succeeded in making us living situations, sensations and fears of characters by describing the strength that only a woman can show in specific moments and that only a woman as much strong can understand and transmit to others.
This book moves you and makes you understand that sometimes what we really want is not what we really deserve. Tu e nessun’altra teaches us that much as life can revolutionise all we created, we are his masters. We are the only one who can take its rein and get up: whatever happens is always worth fighting to react with the risk or the possibility to change and to become stronger and more aware than before.
